1. About this software
iDilap is a private, internal software application developed by Dilap Group Pty Ltd (trading as Univero Engineering) for use by its own employees and authorised contractors. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to the public.
2. Permitted use
By using iDilap you agree to use it only:
- in connection with Dilap Group’s legitimate business operations,
- in accordance with any internal Dilap Group IT and data-handling policies in force from time to time,
- in compliance with applicable Australian law.
3. Connections to third-party services
iDilap may connect on your behalf to third-party services (including but not limited to QuickBooks Online, ClickUp, and mapping services) using credentials you provide. These connections are governed by the respective terms of those services in addition to this agreement.
4. No warranty
iDilap is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Dilap Group makes no representation that the software will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dilap Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of iDilap.
6. Termination
Your right to use iDilap ends automatically if you cease to be an authorised user, or if Dilap Group withdraws the software.
